While I don’t have access to Anime Strike, I do to Prime Video. Prime Video detection has been added to the stream detection and in theory will work with Anime Strike shows. Amazon Prime Video support will only be available for registered users for MAL Updater OS X and free for Hachidori/Kitsu users in a future version in January. This is in beta, so report any bugs.
