Now that we are in the new month, it’s time to plan out what features will be working on. One of the features I want to add is a scrobble feature on iOS. While it won’t be automatic, but it will use the share functionality within iOS. Streaming apps like Crunchyroll allows you to share a particular episode from your history to social media. The idea is to take the URL, retrieve the show and episode details and use that to update your list.
Another requested feature is bringing advanced search functionality. In the past, we had an advanced search function, but it’s limited to MyAnimeList only. We are looking into ways to bring this feature for AniList and Kitsu to both macOS and iOS versions of Shukofukurou.
With that, Advanced Search and Scrobbling feature for the iOS version will be our main goals for this month. If you have any other feature suggestions we should consider, share them on Github.
