Shukofukurou 3.1 Alpha 3 is now released. This release adds unlocking donor features via Patreon. Also, I decided to implement Airing Notifications in Hachidori instead since it would be a more suitable application to implement this feature since it’s a menu bar app.

With that, I decided to reopen the Patreon campaign. As you know, this is my current job and I depend on donations to keep developing these applications. Development is not free, even if its open source since there are hosting and Apple Developer Program costs. It would be a huge help if I receive support monthly so there are more resources to continue developing these applications along with new projects such as porting Shukofukurou to iOS.

Now, there is a new perk for becoming a Patron. I have develop functionality that allows you to unlock donor features for Shukofukurou using a Patreon account with an active pledge to our campaign. What we want to do is grant access to patrons to all the donor features for all the Mac apps we develop. We won’t be able to do this on iOS since Apple will never approve this since it violates the guidelines. However, you will receive free updates, including major updates for Shukofukurou as long you remain a Patron. Note that you can support us for little as $1 a month.

To update to this build, check for updates. A beta release should be out by the end of this week and probably a final release by the end of the month or beginning of September.
